On top of that, It can be overwhelming to learn something completely different from the previous career you had. I love taking time to relax and go for walks alone when I am overwhelmed or anxious about something. It gives me time to analyze the situation and come up with a realistic solution. This rejuvenates and helps me to clearly think about the next step. (Mostly for coding challenges or when I am learning something new.)
